Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight release.
